VTMS offers maintenance services from engines in the following scope of work:

•      General overhaul, 
•      Emergency repair,
•      Inspection,
•      Spare parts verification,
•      Offer of  spare parts (OEM) for Bergen engine,

The service could be done in port or during the dry docking period. It depends on customer needs.

Overhaul:
- Crankshaft deflection verification.
- Crankshaft axial clearance verification.
- Replacement of camshaft cams and bearings.
- Replacement of cylinder heads  or repair.
- Replacement of main bearings and big end bearings.
- Connecting rods and pistons inspection.
- Replacement of crankshaft and camshaft.
- NDT test.
- Modifications.
- Honing of cylinder liners.
- Replacement of fuel pumps and injections.
- Replacement of driven pumps or repair.
- Coolers cleaning and pressure test.
- Replacement of vibration damper.
- Replacement of flexible couplings.
- Micro-geometry.
- Engine adjustment. 

Inspection:
- Engine diagnostics (analyzing device).
- Crankshaft deflection verification.
- Crankshaft axial clearance verification.
- Main bearings, big end bearings and cams verification.
- Endoscopic inspection.
- Firing pressure verification.

The scope of work to be agreed with Shipowner.

The work carried out is supported by a professional service report, which contains key descriptions and technical specifications.
