VTMS offers maintenance services from water jets in the following scope of work:
- General overhaul,
- Emergency repair,
- Inspection,
- Spare parts verification,
The service is carried out during the dry docking period.
Overhaul:
- Dismantle of flexible couplings between the drive and gearbox.
- Replacement of shaft seals.
- Repair of hydraulic cylinders.
- Replacement of roller bearings and set of clearances.
- Machining of elements.
- NDT test.
- Replacement of seals and set correctly.
Inspection:
- Hydraulic lube oil system test.
The scope of work to be agreed with Shipowner.
The work carried out is supported by a professional service report, which contains key descriptions and technical specifications.
